Accessing Your Dashboard
- Log in to your company account
- Navigate to your dashboard
- View your active programs and key metrics in one place
- Monitor team activities and team reputation
Program Management Features
Viewing All Programs
- Go to Company Programs to see all your active programs
- Each program displays its name, type, creation date, status, and assigned teams
- Click on any program to view detailed information and manage settings
- See which teams have access to each program
Creating Additional Programs
- Click Create Program from the dashboard to launch a new risk assessment program
- You can run multiple programs simultaneously
- Each program can focus on different AI systems or components
- Assign different teams to different programs based on expertise needed
Team Management - Two Types
1. Company Team Members (Employees)
Manage your company employees who access the AIRTA Systems platform:
Inviting Company Team Members
- Go to Team Management page
- Click Invite Team Member
- Enter email address and select role
- Team member receives invitation email
Company Roles & Permissions
- Owner: Full control over all programs, settings, teams, and billing
- Admin: Can create and manage programs, invite teams, view all reports
- Member: Can view programs and reports, limited management capabilities
- Viewer: Read-only access to programs and reports
Managing Company Team Members
- View all company team members in Team Management
- Change roles as needed
- Remove team members who no longer need access
- Track who has access to what
2. AI Safety Research Teams (Testing Teams)
Manage the teams that conduct agentic and human-validated risk assessment on your programs:
Managing Internal Testing Teams
Internal teams are testers you create and manage within your company:
- Create Internal Team: Go to your dashboard and create a new internal team
- Add Team Members: Add company employees or contractors as team members
- Assign Team Lead: Designate a team lead to coordinate testing efforts
- Grant Program Access: Give your internal team access to specific programs
- Monitor Performance: Track team submissions, findings, and completion rates
- Pre-Approved: Internal teams are automatically approved when created
Inviting External Testing Teams
External teams are professional AIRTA Systems AI Safety Research teams:
- Browse Teams: View available external teams and their specializations
- Review Team Profiles: Check team reputation, stats, and past performance
- Send Invitations: Invite specific teams to your programs
- Program Access Control: Grant or revoke team access to programs
- Multiple Teams: Invite multiple teams to the same program if needed
Team Access Management
- Go to program settings to manage team access
- View which teams have access to each program
- Grant access to new teams
- Revoke access from teams no longer needed
- Set access levels and permissions per team
Team Reputation Monitoring
- View Team Stats: See total members, points, submissions, acceptance rates
- Per-Program Points: Track team performance on your specific programs
- Quality Metrics: Monitor finding quality and project completion rates
- Team Specializations: Review team expertise areas (LLMs, Computer Vision, AI Safety, etc.)

1. AI Safety Program
Grade D Safety Mark - AI Risk Assessment

- Payment Required: Before activation

- Teams: Use external teams, internal teams, or both
