    Welcome to AIRTA Systems! This guide will walk you through creating your first AI risk assessment program utilizing The Consolidated AI Product Safety Pipeline. Choose from three activation paths based on your needs.

    Create an Account on the AIRTA Systems Platform

    In this guide we show you how to create an Account on the AIRTA Systems Platform. AI Compliance needs a human-in-the-loop AI product compliance to ensure consumer safety.     Create an AI Safety Program on the AIRTA Systems Platform

    In this guide we show you how to create an AI Safety Program on the AIRTA Systems Platform. AI Compliance needs a human-in-the-loop AI product compliance to ensure consumer safety. Turnkey package including compliance documentation, team-led safety testing, post market monitoring, FRIA & product liability directive assurance.

    What is an AI Safety Program?

    An AI safety program is a structured risk assessment framework that allows qualified AI Safety Research teams to evaluate your AI systems for safety issues, biases, and compliance risks through The Consolidated AI Product Safety Pipeline. Teams work on per-project engagements with defined scopes, timelines, and deliverables - utilizing agentic and human-validated testing combined with comprehensive security testing - delivering compliance for market access and litigation defence.

    Three Ways to Get Started

    Option 1: Post-Market Monitoring Only (Fastest)

    Best for: Companies wanting to start with consumer reporting and Product Liability Directive assurance

    1. Visit the Activate Post-Market Monitoring page
    2. Enter your project URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.com)
    3. Enter your email address and check the agreement box
    4. Click Activate PMM
    5. Confirm activation in the email you receive
    6. Achieve Grade E Safety Mark (Post-Market Monitoring)

    This enables consumers to report AI safety issues directly to your team, providing Product Liability Directive assurance.

    Option 2: AI Safety Program (Recommended)

    Best for: Companies ready for team-based risk assessment with payment

    1. Visit the Activate Program page
    2. Enter your project URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.com)
    3. Check the agreement box and enter your email address
    4. Click Generate Program
    5. Confirm the activation in the email you receive
    6. Complete payment before program activation
    7. Our team will review and approve your program within 24 hours
    8. Achieve Grade D Safety Mark (AI Risk Assessment)

    Note: Payment is required before the AI Safety Program activates. This includes team-based risk assessment, mitigation, remediation, and self-service compliance.

    Option 3: Full Dashboard Setup (Most Control)

    Best for: Companies wanting full control and multiple programs

    1. Sign up for a company account at /signup
    2. Complete your company profile
    3. Access your dashboard and click Create Program
    4. Follow the 6-step program creation wizard
    5. Choose your program type (see below)
    6. Complete payment if creating an AI Safety Program

    Progressive Safety Certification

    As you activate features and complete compliance steps, you progress through the 5-tier safety mark system:

    • Grade E: Post-Market Monitoring activated
    • Grade D: AI Risk Assessment completed
    • Grade C: EU AI Act Compliance achieved
    • Grade B: ISO 42001 Compliance met
    • Grade A: Full Certification with CE marking readiness

    What Happens Next

    • Our AI analyzes your website and generates a comprehensive program brief
    • The brief includes risk assessment scope, Project Safety Tier (Code-Level, AI-Enhanced, or AI-Native), vulnerability types, and submission guidelines
    • For PMM programs: Your program goes live immediately for consumer reporting
    • For AI Safety Programs: After payment, you can invite AI Safety Research teams or create internal teams
    • You'll receive email notifications when teams submit findings
